PROFESSIONAL DESIGN
Design has been a passion of mine since I was young. I initially wanted to go to Western Washington University to major in design, but decided to go for a Bachelors in Communication studies instead. Featured on this page are a few projects I created for business purposes. I plan to work with design more in the future and expand my work.
I worked closely with the Elma Farm Stand to develop an online presence and create a cohesive brand design. The photos to the left are the road signs I designed for them. These can be found alongside highway 8 as you pass through Elma, WA. It was an honor to develop these signs for this small business in my hometown. I also created business cards and a website for them. Click the button below to view the full website.
I created this poster for the CTE director of my high school. It was a project that I was not given any direction for and was given the opportunity to create something to reach out to potential STEM students.
I created this menu for the Oxford Suites in Bellingham, WA. I worked as the Assistant Head Housekeeper at this hotel and was given the opportunity to design their new late night menu. I really enjoyed working on this project and learning some new things in Photoshop along the way.
I was asked by a teacher at my high school to develop this invitation to her 10 year graduation reunion. She helped me come up with the design concept and we worked together to create the invitation to mail out to her peers.
